Bajamar Vacation Rental house: Bajamar

We stayed two weeks with our 2 grown children and absolutely loved the villa and appreciated all the amenities. We have rented other holiday houses and this one rates at the very top. The best things are: the views from the villa are unbelievable, the weather was perfect (not too hot and fantastic on the terrace which always had a delightful breeze), rather big rooms and spacious for 4 adults, extra toilet (so really 1 1/2 baths), cafe about 75 meters away with wonderful pastries, coffee and bread (owned by the owner of the villa), natural swimming pools about a 20 minute walk and utterly unique and like nothing we have ever seen - children would love them, house is perfect for a quiet get-away and for just laying around and relaxing, very comfortable. We rented a car and traveled the entire island and even hiked to the top of the volcano. We found it all very interesting and fun, but our best time was spend on the veranda playing cards, reading books, watching the surfers just below us and enjoying the view and tranquility around us. The villa is about 75 meters up a winding private drive from the main road. You feel very private and secure. The house is nicely decorated and landscaped. Be sure and bring binoculars, we took ours and loved scanning the beaches and the surfers and the hills behind us for goats. The owner lives just below the villa and is, therefore, very available for any help you need and questions or problems you may have. We found him very pleasant, courteous and professional.
