This lovely condo is situated in the heart of the Ahwatukee Foothills, one of the most beautiful and private communities in the greater Phoenix area. While South Mountain separates Ahwatukee from metropolitan Phoenix geographically, it is only minutes from all of the area's attractions.

The Ahwatukee area is home to many of Arizona's best golf courses, only one aspect of the area's appeal. Whether you visit Ahwatukee to enjoy major league baseball's spring training, Arizona's beautiful weather, or the lure of Southwestern scenery and culture, you are sure to find many more appealing activities than you can possibly take in during your visit.

Our condo is comfortably and tastefully furnished, and fully equipped for your every convenience during your stay. It's located on the ground floor just a short walk from the pools, hot tub, and work out room.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo in Feb. 2012. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well-kept. The pool area was very nice (although I did get tired of constant music playing.) It was in a lovely area and close to the mountains we love to hike in. Restaurants, grocery stores, and anything we needed were handy to this location. Donna was easy to work with. I would recommend this place.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
