We just spent a week at this house with 7 children from the ages of 6 to 18. I can't say enough about it. We had an incredible time. The house is very clean, the rooms are very spacious, the big backyard is great for kids to play and for BBQs. The grounds are very well kept. And what amazed me the most with how well stocked the house was with everything we needed all week. The location is phenominal, 10 minute walk to the beach - 2 minutes by car. 5 minute car ride to a shopping center with a WalMart, TJ Maxx and Shaws (although we preferred the Shop & Save 2 minutes futher). The kids would have been happy to stay on Maravista all week but we did take a few day trips to the big mall in Hyannis and to Provincetown and the 28 that took us there was just 5 minutes down the road. And the icing on the cake was GREAT communication with the owner, who went out of her way to make us comfortable and was very helpful in so many ways. We took many memories and pictures with us and all 9 of us would return in a heartbeat.
