Sleeps 8/10. 4 bedroom villa with a south facing private pool, spa and extended deck. 15 mins from Disney and theme parks. Situated within Highgate Park, a gated holiday community with on site tennis court and children's play area. A mile away from shops, restaurants and other attractions.

The villa is set on an oversized corner plot which is significantly elevated from the path providing additional privacy. It has a fully screened, south facing, private swimming pool and spa. It is enclosed within a protective mesh, ensuring a pest free environment and has been upgraded with 'Florida Glass' giving ultimate privacy. The deck area (lanai) has been extended and is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool area is the great place to relax after a busy day out, and offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. The pool can be heated when required for a supplementary fee. The interior of the villa is furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and is air-conditioned throughout. It has an alarm and safe for your added protection. Free wireless internet access.
