Orlando Tropical Villa is a tastefully decorated, elegant tropical easy living home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, Kissimmee. This outstanding vacation home is located within 3 miles of Disney Properties, and is 2 minutes away from the Formosa Shopping Center, your destination for great shopping, dining and playing.

Our sensational 1800 square foot home has 2 Master Suites plus 2 additional bedrooms, making it an ideal setting for 2 families or an extended family vacation. One Master Suite has a King bed and a private bath with access to the pool area through beautiful French Doors.

The Second Master Suite has a Queen bed with its own private bath. The other two well sized bdrms each have twin beds and share a full bath. Tropical Villa sleeps 8 people, but can accommodate 2 additional individuals on the full sized sofa sleeper in the living room.

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal to serve in your formal dining room. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a TV/DVD/VCR unit so that you can relax & chill out after your day of touring or visiting the multitude of world renowned attractions and recreational venues located in the Orlando area.

From the living room you can access the covered Lanai through French doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa, while sipping drinks and eating hot dogs and hamburgers prepared on your charcoal BBQ. Lanai furniture includes a dining table with four chairs plus 2 chaise lounges to view magnificent Florida sunsets.

Tropical villa is the ideal vacation destination whether you wish to entertain and amuse your family members, or simply relax and bask in the Florida sunshine.

Spotlessly Clean and Gorgeous! Great Location.

My family of 4 and my brother's family of 4 stayed here for 2 weeks and just loved it. Everything was perfect. I am a "clean freak" and believe me, it is spotless!!! The 4 kids and 4 adults all felt right at home immediately. Amy has done such a wonderful job in decorating her vacation home. We admired her decor the entire time. The layout (with the 2 master bedrooms/baths) is perfect for 2 families.

The location is fabulous - minutes from Disney and so close to everything else (outlets, restaurants, etc.). However, you don't need to go anywhere because everything you need is right there. She even provides some DVDs, board games, and pool toys.

Amy was wonderful to work with. She is so kind and helpful and is extremely prompt in returning e-mails, etc. I would highly recommend her vacation home to anyone and whenever I return to Florida, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Amy. We loved it!!!

Perfection!

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were completely impressed! The house is gorgeous, well furnished, clean, and very spacious. This was so much better than staying renting two hotel rooms instead. It was great to have a complete house with room to spread out and relax after 4 long days at Disney. The pool and hot tub sure helped too. I would recommend this property to anyone and will look for it again next time we head back for another vacation in the area.

We loved this house!

I highly recommend staying at this house. From the moment we walked in we loved it. So clean, and nicely decorated. You can tell the home is well taken care of. Amy was very nice to work with and was always quick to respond to my questions.

We had a slight issue with the pool, but the management company came right away to address it. I'm not exaggerating when I say I made the call and 3 minutes later they were knocking on the front door. Great customer service.

I would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Wonderful home, great location

Have never rented a house for a vacation before, but would definitely do it again! So glad I found Amy's home. Just as nice as the pictures show and a great location for parks, shopping and dining! Kids, mom, and husband and I had plenty of room to spread out. Amy was absolutely amazing in getting back to me or even calling to answer all of my questions. Our return flight home was delayed several hours due to hurricane sandy, Amy called me and said she had already spoken to the cleaning lady and asked her not to go to the house that day until we had left. She let us stay beyond our allowed time no questions, and we would have been stuck if we had chose to stay in a hotel. Thank you Amy and will surely recommend your home to anyone visiting your area!!

WONDERFUL HOME!!!! My husband and I traveled with another couple to Orlando to have a great time in Disney World. The house was soooo clean and furnished with many extras that made the stay even much more enjoyable. We had an awesome time at Disney but it was also fun to relax at the end of the day in the pool, or playing games in the game room. We plan on making this a yearly trip for all of us and will definitely stay at this home. Amy was nice, honest, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend this home to all my friends and family. THANKS!
