This condo sleeps six people. It has a master bedroom with attached bathroom. It has a bunk bed area and also have a queen sofa bed with another full bathroom. It has a full kitchen with all the appliances. It has a washer dryer. It has a phone line. It has a cable service with TV, VCR and DVD. The condo has 2 swimming pools, a kiddie pool and hot tub and it sits right on the ocean with large private balcony. Right now we are running a special with free DVD rental, free high speed Wireless Internet, free beach chair and umbrella. Please send me an email if you have any more questions.

We booked a condo at Seychelles Beach Resort through the internet and were very impressed with the assistance we received from the Owner. She made sure that our arrival and our 2-month stay was problem-free and that everything we needed was in the Condo. The breathtaking view from the balcony of the emerald-colored sea and white sand is captivating. We were entertained by dolphins swimming in front of the condo and watched the sun set over the Gulf. The location of the Seychelles Resort is perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool and amenities are top-notch. Restaurants are within walking distance. Grocery stores and shopping are only a short drive away. We will definitely be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We stayed in the condo on the 20th floor during the week of the 4th. We had a great time. The unit is very nice. It was everything that we had expected. The unit was very clean and the decor is very nice. I did not notice anything that was broken or not exactly like it should have been. The swimmng area was very nice. I loved the activities that they had arranged for the children around the pool. I did not have any problems with making my reservations or contacting the owner anytime we needed to discuss anything about our arrival. We will be returning back for our yearly vacation next July and will consider strongly staying in this very unit again.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

It was a nice condo on the 20th floor. Decor was nice. The problem was the king size bed was broken in the middle and was sunk in. My wife and I really suffered with our backs. The wireless did not work in the room. You will need to bring a broadband cord. The blind to the balcony had missing parts also. Overall, communication was confusing, and the Seychelles manager was not very happy. The owner is a very nice person, but the broken bed was very difficult to sleep on. I would check all that above out prior to renting.
Owner's Response: The bed was not broken before the guests arrived, as they did not complain about the bed until the last day and did not mention that it was something they could not sleep on and needed immediate help.they just said they wanted to let me know about the frame and a missing blind so that I know about it .Infact they requested to extend their stay a couple of days before the departure.after staying for 2-3 days when they informed me that something went wrong w/the frame.i was glad that they informed me about the breakage,because i understand that accidents do happen but if the guest informs us of the accidental damage we can take care of it. I also have an emergency maintenance # in the condo but they called HOA."Home Owners Association" which has nothing to do w/the rental guests. I had schd for the maintenance to chk it out after they left .but unfortunately they did not call before they left . the wireless has been working fine before and after they left. I had the maintenance replace the bed frame right then I wished they had let me know the problem needed immediate assistance and i could have sent someone right then
I believe there was some misunderstanding more than anything else as they were a nice couple. despite of the fact that they had access to my phone.they still chose to communicate with "HOA" Home Owners Association, Saying that "the Seychelles manager was not happy "
they were a little distressed because the senior couple failed to understand that HOA was not place to call.
anyway I had guest stay in the unit right after them and they had no complaints.Any one who has any questions in this regard pls feel free to call me.
