  • Security deposit $250.00 (refundable-20 business day upon return of keys) + 75.00 Cleaning Fee
  • Until reservations are confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

    .An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required thirty (30) days before arrival. The final
    50% of the total rent is due fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival date.

    * Check In Time is 3.00 pm
    * Check Out Time is 11.00 am.

    .For reservation within the fifteen (15) days reservation period, payment in full is required.

    *This condo is our family “home away from home” we would appreciate renters leaving the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes) and the apartment tidy. Since this is a residential condo community, please conduct accordingly with manners and respect towards neighboring residents.

    Fines are administered by the homeowners association for noise & parking violations-these will be deducted
    from the security deposit.The meters are read upon arriving and after departure-excessive use of power will incur an additional fee contingent upon charges

Our Classy condo: This is a very classy well furnished, clean, comfortable condo on the 11th floor overlooking the exciting Condado strip with a view of the ocean and the lagoon…It’s the best of both with the ocean during the day and the city lights at night . Very few walls- almost all windows and balcony!! Open the 20 feet of sliding doors and let the warm breeze blow through! Watch the fish jump in the lagoon and the clouds swirl around the mountains to the south and the sun and moon come up over the ocean to the east! Beach is 300 yards from the door. Shops, bars, night life all in walking distance It has all the amenities of home! It's fully air conditioned when needed but when you open the windows the tropical air flows right through keeping you refreshed and being on the 11th floor it's way above the mosquitoes so no screens necessary.

The area: Condado beach area is the upcoming modern tourist area of Puerto Rico with its high end stores (Gucci, Cartier.etc.) great restaurants, parks, beach side bars, shops and night life- it's the place to be in San Juan!! The beach is well maintained, sandy and very nice for swimming and sunbathing. Chair rentals are available and the high end hotels will serve you drinks and food. Police and security are always present making it safe and controlled. We have two Starbucks, an internet cafe, high end hair stylist, gyms, grocery stores and pharmacy and more.

Things to do: Joggers and walkers love to use this area to keep in shape. There is boating and kayaking in the big beautiful serene water of the lagoon. Scuba right of the beach nearby. Old San Juan with its quaint Spanish style homes and narrow cobblestone streets is a short bus or taxi ride or for the athletic nice walk! Many Casinos and romantic restaurants nearby.

I just got back from a 2 week stay in San Juan and this condo is the place to stay. The lagoon and beach views are amazing during the day and night time as well. Furthermore the location is smack in the middle of all the action and a 3 min walk to the beach,what more can you ask for.The furniture is relatively new and really enjoyed the 42 inch plasma tv for the nights i spent in the condo and the king size bed is extremely comfortable.Would definatly stay here again on my next visit to Puertro Rico.Thanks for everything Larry,i will definatly be back next year!!

My Home Away From Home

Rented Aug 19-27, 09. What a great condo. It has everything including washer and dryer and the little things we forget like first aid kit. Close to all, no need for a car unless you travel well outside of SJ area. Great views from the terrace and the awesome view at night. I used to turn off all the lights and look at the night view sitting on the terrace. You can see the cruise ships dock in Old San Juan. The kitchen had every gadget you need. Larry and Deborah were great hosts and the transaction was easy. I loved it so much, I stayed a few extra days. My sis plans to rent it as will I when I return next year. Planning for a longer stay. Everything is near this Condo, from a small neighborhood supermarket, to Walgreen's within walking distance, and scores of restaurants, including the famous Ajili Mojili which I visited twice and the corner neighborhood restaurant which served the most amazing omelets. The Condado area was most akin to being on Miami Beach main strip. While i was there this past weekend, there was a culinary fest, a jazz festival and a Lei Lo Lai where different parts of PR were represented through music and dance. Every night cars would line up trying to make it to the activities in Condado including the Casino at La Concha, and nightclubs and bars. It was all very quiet from the Condo if you want a quiet night in. The Condo was located only 2 blocks from the beach and if you are braver than me, one block from the lagoon, where many can be seen engaging in kayaking. I could go on forever about the highlights of my trip. An excellent deal. I would say the best in Condado, and being steps away from Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Salvatore Ferragamo, you actually feel like you're really in the lap of luxury!

The Most Relaxing Escape.... Feels like Home...

returned yesterday from your beautiful condo in Condado. I was pleasantly surprised. First off, I would like to thank both of you for being so caring and responsible. I have to say I was a young woman travelling alone with my little Chihuahua. Larry stayed on the phone with me from the moment i got into the cab and navigated my way for the 10 min drive to the Condo, which went above and beyond the call of duty. The outside premises while not modern belie the true beauty that awaits once you step off the elevator onto the 11th Floor. The colorful atmosphere and the coziness of your place really set the right tone for my vacation. I don't think i've slept so well in ages. The Bed was beyond comfortable! The whole place is well air conditioned and the fresh air purifying machine was just what was needed to get the NYC air out of my lungs! The apartment was clean, and everything worked well. After an exhausting day lounging sea side, or visiting some of the impressive sites around Puerto Rico, I was happy to come "home" and lounge in front of the tv.The Condo is located in an excellent location and amazing views from all areas, whether my vantage point was to the beach or the lagoon, it was so relaxing. The apartment has very little walls and really is very spacious and emphasis on comfortable. The in suite laundry is so helpful when going to the beach, i was happy to come home with clean clothes. I spent time on Ventana Del Mar, in Condado, where there are excellent beaches within walking distance and did i mention i indulged in one too many pina coladas courtesy of La Concha Hotel beach side service.
