You will love this new ground level corner ocean view villa with 80 ft. infinity edge pool and spa. El Encanto is a 'Hacienda' style exclusive beach front, guard-gated community located 3 miles from the new marina Puerto Los Cabos, 12 minutes to San Jose and 20 minutes to the airport. This unit is beautiful with travertine marble flooring, granite counters. Stainless appliances, 2 large covered patios, a/c, satellite TV in living room and both bedrooms, gas grills by the pool, 250 yards to the pristine beach, watch the whales swim by from the pool area. Surfing is close by, 15 minutes to ship wrecks or zipper's, 3 minutes to marina to charter sportfishing boats or 'pangas'. Golf is 3 minutes away too! San Jose has all types of restaurants and art galleries, it's a very friendly town. The concierge at El Encanto can make arrangements for all activities.
