Welcome to Agape Acres located in LeRoy, MI just 20 miles south of Cadillac and 5 miles off US-131. Come get away from it all and relax in this peaceful, quiet, and private setting. The lake is about 5 acres, big enough for fishing but too small for speed boats providing lots of peace and quiet. Nice bass, perch and blue gill can be caught. The deepest area of the lake is about 12 feet and is easily fished from shore. A 12' row boat is available for your use as well as a paddleboat. Life preservers are available. You can cook your catch on the grill or bring steaks if fishing isn’t your fancy. The fire pit is always popular to make hotdogs or s’mores. We have a variety of family friendly movies available on both DVD and VCR. DISH TV & free Wi-Fi is available if you want to stay connected to the outside world. Linens, cookware and dishes are provided. All you need to bring is the food.
Pets considered subject to a $7 per pet per day charge.
Use of tobacco inside the cabin is prohibited.
Our preferred method of payment is eCheck. It is a safe, secure online payment directly from your checking account. We also accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards. All booking subject to 6% sales tax and $200 security deposit
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out 11:00 AM.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations occurring more then (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are requested (30) to (14) prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking deposit. Cancellations that are made less then (14) days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeiture of all monies less security deposit paid to date. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rental rate paid.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $200.00 is required. The deposit is not applied toward the rental rate and is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. Nothing is removed from the cabin or cabin grounds.
c. No changes or alterations are performed to cabin or cabin grounds.
d. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers, including pet feces.
e. Dishes are washed and put away.
f. No early check-in or late check out.
g. No evidence of the use of tobacco inside the cabin.
h. Only routine cleaning is required.
i. No breach of provisions of this agreement.
