With over 25,000 square feet of landscaped backyard and brick patio, this home is also the perfect alternative to expensive venues for all of your private function needs.

In addition to the enormous beautiful backyard, the home comfortably sleeps up to 18 people. All six bedrooms are tastefully decorated to give the home a warm and welcoming feel. Five of the bedrooms have king sized beds and the sixth bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a 48-in flat screen TV, DVD, fireplace, and three couches, two of which pull-out into queen sized beds. The dining room comfortable seats 10 people and there is an additional table in the kitchen with seating for 4. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay.

Additional features include high speed wireless Internet, washer/dryer, cable TV in most of the bedrooms, and plenty of parking in the very long driveway.

Staying at this La Jolla rental property far exceeded our expectations!! We rented the home to have a small backyard wedding in November 2010. The home and grounds are beautiful, well maintained, and very enjoyable. The house was very roomy with great community area space for us to socialize (kids and adults). The backyard was amazing – we brought some yard games and made use of the pool and spa. Our dogs enjoyed the large yard as well! The location is just a few minutes from the beach, grocery, and within a development enjoyable for walking around and appreciating the other homes. The rental staff are knowledgeable, patient, and overall easy to work with. The maintenance staff was quick to respond and also exceeded our expectations. This was our first experience renting a vacation home, but it is certainly not our last! I highly recommend both this rental agency as well as this La Jolla home.
