Breathtaking Oceanfront Views to be experienced in this privately owned two bedroom unit, inside a new luxurious condominium. Location: Located in the resort town of Juan Dolio, only 20 minutes from the island's main airport- Las Americas International Airport; 40 min from the Capital- Santo Domingo, 10 min. from the famous Boca Chica and 5 min. from San Pedro De Macoris. Accommodations: Unit sleeps from 2-6 guests. Master Bedroom: Queen Size bed with private bathroom. Second Bedroom: Two Full Size Beds Corridor: Guest Bathroom with shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped with top of the line kitchen appliances for your cooking needs (refrigerator, stove, washer, coffee pot, blender, etc) kitchen utensils with servings for 6 guest. Living Room, Dining Room, Oceanfront View Balcony (see pictures for actual view). Unit offers air conditioning in bedrooms, TV in master bedroom, water heater.

We stayed during the second week of September and were blown away by this condo. We wish we could have stayed the entire month. The condo itself is in a very nice building. The condo staff were always friendly and attentive, they also were constantly around working on the upkeep of the building. We awoke every morning to a team of guys cleaning the beach sand and also cleaning the pool area and landscaping of the building. The decor of the apartment was wonderful. It looks like a private home rather than a rental. The living room is decorated very richly and seems to have no expense spared when it comes to the furniture and small trinkets. The balcony was wonderful to have since we had lunch and evening drinks on it several times. The view is magical, it overlooks the ocean and pool area. I can not stop talking about how great this place is and neither can my family. We are already starting to plan the next trip to the Dominican Republic and to this wonderful apartment. One tip that I can offer is to go to a Restaurant called El Concon. It was one of the restaurants that were recommended on the welcome sheet. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is extremely friendly and the location is great ( right on the beach ).

Definitivamente un complejo muy tranquilo, una vista extraordinaria desde el apartamento y la alcoba principal. La decoracion del condo es exquisita y practica, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Las areas comunes al igual que el condo totalmente limpias y atractivas, la piscina impecable y de fondo kilometros de playa para caminar y banar. Sin duda volveria nuevamente.

A Gem in the Ocean

my family of 4 spent 5 incredible days at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone. There is an immaculate pool and miles of ocean at your doorstep. Our balcony view was perfect for watching our kids playing on the beach and at pool. We tried 3 of the recommended hotels and they were all delicious...my favorite was El Sueno which was yummy Italian food (great spaghetti) and seafood. All of which did require a car or taxi. We had a wonderful ATV excursion that we walked about a block to reserve next to the small casino. We went thru a sugar cane plantation and even got to eat some:) Our children spent sometime in San Pedro playing baseball with the local kids and had a blast! The locals are very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern and better than we expected- we will definitely come back! Everything you need is just steps away.....
