Tropically landscaped with open water views. The minute you walk in the home invites you to simply relax and enjoy the laid back atmosphere that makes the Keys unlike any where else. The home is designed for easy living and offers every amenity. This home is not the typical rental home. The property reflects the owners love of the property. It is a wonderful spot for a couple or two or a small family. Although the home has three bedrooms the owner will not rent to more than four. Property accommodates dockage for large boat. Easy access to Looe Key. Clear water canal great for swimming and snorkeling. Large, comfortable screened porch. Outdoor shower. Gated. Kayaks are included in rental.

Cudjoe Key is a quiet Key with very little commercial activity although it is only 20 minutes from Key West. Cudjoe has two great restaurants, a marina, a gym and a well stocked convenience store. The shopping center on Big Pine is only 10 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park with its great beaches is a 20 minute drive. Fishing and snorkeling spots are only minutes away. Take the kayaks off the ramp and paddle to Gopher Key or view the homes from waterside. Everything is laid back and easy. A perfect spot to simply relax.
