Location, location, location! This home is in the heart of the highly desirable Marina District. This is one of the few flat areas of San Francisco where you can walk everywhere. Located one block from the Palace of Fine Arts - different directions will lead to the Presidio, Fort Mason, Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and eventually to the Ferry Building's amazing outdoor market. Quick drives across the neighboring Golden Gate Bridge will take you to the colorful bay inlets of Sausalito and Tiburon, or a gorgeous 50 minute drive to California's beautiful Wine Country. It is a garden level apartment that was completed in December 2008. It has been seismically upgraded with a two-story steel frame and structural support. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other has bunk beds. All the linens are new and of wonderful quality. The living room also has a pull out couch. Bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher and Full kitchen.

At the end of your rental period, we will walk thorough the apartment and determine that the property is in substantially the same condition as when you began your stay. Your security deposit will be returned to you within 15 days of you vacating the property.

    In instances where there is damage to the property or contents, repairs or replacements will be billed at cost, plus 10%, and deducted from your security deposit.

    This is a residential building in a residential neighborhood. Loud, or inconsiderate behavior is grounds for terminating your occupancy. This is a non-smoking unit.

*1 block from the Palace of Fine Arts. *1 block from the Exploritorium. *2 blocks from hip and trendy Chestnut Street - coffee shops, endless upscale restaurants and fantastic boutiques. *4 blocks from the beautiful Marina Green and Crissy Field. *4 blocks from the Bay. *Across the street from the bus to the Golden Gate Bridge. It is also a beautiful 30 minute walk back. *Across the street from the Presidio. *Endless number of parks within walking distance. *1 block from bus the bus stop to Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District.

Parking : Parking is not available in the building. Street parking is very easy in our area but is limited to 2 hours. It will require a temporary parking permit on weekdays to park in any one place for longer than 2 hours. Permits can be arranged in advance through us and cost approximately $30 for 2 weeks. There is also free street parking in the neighborhood on Saturdays and Sundays. Pets may be allowed in the summer months. Please inquire.
