Located in the serene, quiet part of The Yorks, this 2nd floor condominium is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The owners have a renowned bed & breakfast in Florida so know what people are looking for in regards to exceptional accommodations. The 1877 mansion holds only 7 units so it is a very peaceful place. The building sits on over one acre of land, with a picnic area as well as other lawn areas to enjoy. A short walk takes you to the famed York Harbor Cliff Walk. This gorgeous walking path goes along some of the most beautiful coastal areas, and ends at York Harbor Beach. There are facilities at the beach so you could just spend the entire day without taking your car. A bit longer walk the other way will take you to the famous Long Sands Beach...a great walking beach! Minutes away by car is Nubble Lighthouse, Brown's Ice Cream, the Town of York Beach and Short Sands Beach. About 15 minutes away from Portsmouth, NH too! We are located just over one hour drive from Boston!

Historic area!: This location is perfect for the history buff. The property itself and all those around it are historic buildings, most from the 1880s. There is an active historical society that maintain several museums facilities around York. A walk along the cliffs and then past the harbor is a wonderful way to view all of this area and see many beautiful old properties.

Romantic getaway: What could be more perfect than a cozy condo just minutes from the ocean?! Fall asleep to the light clanging of an ocean buoy. Grab a cup of coffee and head to the rocks to watch the sun come up over the ocean. At the end of the day, pour a glass of wine and grab the last minutes of light over the bay. Head to one of the fabulous dinner places for a great meal, or cook some fresh lobster in the privacy of your own kitchen.

Total beach getaway!: Southern Maine is known as the best location for sandy walking beaches. A short walk brings you to York Harbor Beach. This beautifully maintained small beach is the perfect place to while away a day. Grab your stuff, pack a lunch and pick your place. Facilites including an outside shower are easily accessible. A little further walk is Long Sands Beach...a very long beach that is great for exercise. A short drive into York Beach proper takes you to Short Sands Beach. The area boasts many little shops, places to eat and even a zoo! Why would you need to go anywhere else?

We loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Very quiet, great parking and charming place. Very comfortable beds!! The owner was very helpful and accomodating in providing information before our stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a wonderful vacation away from home but in the comfort of a home. The location was excellent. We were able to do day trips to many places in the surrounding areas. The harbor village is charming and has restaurants and stores. We loved the proximity to 95 and US1. We were able to get on and off without any traffic hassles or having to drive too far. We look forward to going back to Maine. We would definitely contract this location again.
