We are located in the South Shore Beach area known as LongPoint Beach. The ocean beach -with pond access is run by the Trustees of Reservations and offers a private beach experience you will want to return to year after year. The house is situated centrally between the towns for nightlife, restaurants and boutiques, yet you have the privacy and amenities (AC) of a brand new -wonderfully furnished home just minutes from the water!

There is a 50' Plasma TV above the fireplace in the LR and a 32' LCD flatscreen TV in the downstairs Master Bedroom. Both TVs have cable television service and DVD Players. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and refrigerator with automatic ice and water dispenser. There is seating for 6 at the zinc-top dining room table and an additional 4 swivel stools at the adjacent breakfast bar. If you want to entertain outdoors, there is a brand new teak dining set on the back deck as well as a new gas grill. All of the furnishings in the house are also - you guessed it - new and were purchased just this Spring from Island notables such as Midnight Farm and Vineyard Decorators. So, explore the South shore and the Vineyard shops, bring back the 'catch of the day' and come home to your own Island paradise.
