Charming 3 BR suite with kitchenette and bath

The Taylor House exceeded our expectations. We had never been to Boston before and were coming in to run the Boston Marathon, so we were a little leery about being so far out and a little leery about how the 3 bedroom suite was laid out, but it worked out perfectly! The 3 bedroom suite is at the top of the house, so it is totally private and the living room is perfect for a private gathering place just for the 3 bedroom suite. If you don't have a car, the walk to the train station isn't too bad, but if you have a bunch of luggage, it may be burdensome. But there is also the bus station which is much closer and the schedule for it works out about as well as the train schedule. If you haven't been to Boston, check out the MTBA (public transit) and you'll find the schedules make staying at the Taylor House easy if you don't have a car. There are a number of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Nothing too fancy, but decent places to eat. The breakfasts were outstanding and Dave is an amazing host. I highly recommend staying at the Taylor House.
