• 50% deposit by check or credit card
• Cancellation policy has had to be established based on previous reservations taking advantage of our once more liberal cancellation policy. We only want guests who are truly interested in our property and not merely shopping up to the point they get here.
  50% deposit required at time of reservation. Only refundable if cancelled 30 days before the reservation less a $30 administrative fee. I will send you a payment invoice which you can fill with Credit card or check.
  Remainder of balance is due 30 days prior to reservation and is non-refundable unless we can book your stay to other guests. We would then give you the money from any of these stays.
