Check In/Check Out: :
Cabin is ready for guests from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check out hour is at or before 12:00 noon.
In the event that there were no prior guests leaving the day of your arrival, we welcome you from 11:00 AM. If there are no guests scheduled to arrive on that day of your departure, we welcome you to stay until 4:00 PM.
By making reservations you agree to the following::
Cancellations: If you terminate your reservation 21 days or more prior to the start of your rental, you will receive a FULL refund, 14-20 days - 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, 8-13 days -70% will be deducted, within 7 days prior to the start of rental - we will keep your deposit.
In case of 5 nights or longer stay, minimum 30 days notice of cancellation prior to the start of rental is required to qualify for a full refund.
*Any payment exceeding the deposit (for example: when you pay in full) will be refunded to you if you cancel your reservation.
*There are no refunds for one night stay payments.
