Luxury describes this brand new ocean view Jr. Penthouse Condo at Oceanica. The condo is located on the 5th/6th floors. The 5th floor includes the main living area with kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms with bathrooms and an outdoor terrace with ocean views. The 6th floor and top floor of the condos has a huge master suite with a wet bar/fridge, king bed, office desk, living room area and large balcony. Each room has individual A/C units, fans and views.

The Oceanica condos have a nice large swimming pool, full time security and private parking. The beach of Flamingo is located just a short walk of about 1/4 mile. Or, if you prefer not to walk up the hill, you can drive and park at the beach. There are several great restaurants just a short walk away as well as shops, grocery store and a bank. Also included is access to the Flamingo Marina Resort where there are tennis courts and three additional swimming pools and the popular Monkey Bar.
