Second floor master bedroom with sitting area and water views of Town Cove. Ten minutes to Nauset Beach or downtown Orleans. First floor features: living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and 1/2 bath. Enclosed outside shower has hot & cold water. Quaint affordable accommodations for 4 people.
