Luxury 3rd floor condo in Pavilion Watch complex with pool, hot tub, tennis courts & elevator. The interior features hardwood floors, spacious rooms, and gourmet kitchen. The large deck has outdoor table and chairs and a beautiful view of the ocean from the master and living room. 3BR, each with private bath. Master BR has jacuzzi tub & separate shower. TVs in 2 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer & dryer. Located in the heart of Folly Beach across the street from the beach, and within easy walking distance of pier, shops and restaurants. Only 20 minutes to historic Charleston where visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, great restaurants, and shopping. Golfers have many courses to choose from in the Charleston and Kiawah areas.

Notes: Great location!: You can park your car in a covered space and walk to some great restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. Also within walking distance are the post office, bike rental sites, the Folly Beach fishing pier, and mini-markets where you can buy most food items or that toothbrush you forgot to pack! It is only about a 10 minute drive to Charleston where you can experience all that this wonderful, historic city has to offer.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean, comfortable (my son wanted to take the sofa home), and in an ideal location. There were plenty of linens provided and the unit was tastefully decorated. The owner was very accomodating and rented to us at the last minute. The view of the ocean is wonderful and just a short walk away down a paved path. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it is just a short drive to downtown Charleston. The balcony had plenty of seating and table space. If you like the beach, I would recommend this rental to anyone - couples, family, old or young. We had a great time. This rental required a security deposit but it was promptly returned after the unit was checked. We've stayed at many rentals at many different beach locations. This was the nicest one yet. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect spot in Folly

This was the perfect vacation spot in Folly Beach. You are right next to all of the shops and restaurants as well as being right next to the beach. You can litterally park your car for your entire time there and walk to everything. The unit itself is very nice as well. We had our 9 month old with us so we were very pleased to see that the condo was very clean and tidy. We would definately stay here again in the future.

Clear directions made the condo easy to find! Covered parking, and short walk to beautiful beach and Folly Beach fishing pier. Inside was very comfortable, and the furnishings were nice! I thought it was better than the pictures or description, actually. The little beach town is cute, with several shops, restaurants/bars. Lots to do within walking distance. We went kayaking, parasailing and visited nearby Charleston (15 min. by car). Also... plenty of grocery stores, a movie theatre, etc. all within a short drive. The owner provided good customer service, and I would recommend this property to a friend.

This is a great place for a family vacation. Convenient to everything in Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston. Nicely furnished and terrific ocean views from the balcony. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Folly Beach - A great vacation experience

This is a great condo with ocean views from the large deck that added to an already great place to vacation. This condo is within walking distance to everything you would want to walk to in Folly Beach. The beach, the restaurants, shopping.. it's all close.

The condo is large and has a great floor plan and makes it comfortable for families to spend a week. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, large kitchen with bar eating area and table seating.

Very nicely decorated. Pool, tennis courts and plenty of parking add to the amentities.

Had a great stay, great weather! Will stay there again.
