Beautifully appointed new home with many decorator touches all in warm, neutral tones. This home will easily & comfortably accommodate six guests with an option for two more. This home is one block from a small and nearly private beach (literally straight down the street) where guests can take provided beach blankets/towels, a cooler, rafts, beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy some sunning or swimming. The home is a perfect getaway for families, golfers, or for some friends who want to relax and enjoy the incredible scenery around Lake Charlevoix and even the close-by, infamous Walloon Lake; an Ernest Hemingway favorite. While the home is not directly on the lake, the accommodations offered are exceedingly above average and were designed specifically for vacationers. You will not be disappointed in your choice. I invite you to come stay and play in beautiful Boyne City.

The southern exposure provides tremendous amounts of light in the home. Enjoy Northern summer nights canopied under the stars in the netted gazebo; safe from the hungry insects, listening to the sounds of summer. Enjoy a comfortable respite lounging in the shaded front porch swing, relaxing in the warm summer breeze.

The Lake: Lake Charlevoix: A boater's paradise! Partial lake view from the southern exposure. Take the rafts, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels to the beach one block straight down the street. If you like water, you may also like Boyne Mountain's Avalanche Bay water park.

Interior Space: All the comforts and amenities of home in a wide open space. Professionally and tastefully decorated. Large kitchen with more counter top than you'll ever need includes a pass-through to the living room; a spacious dining area adjacent to the living room where guests won't miss the southern view or what might be showing on the TV. Oversized club chairs or the big comfortable sofa are where you can wrap up your adventures of the day. Very large master bedroom with its own private bathroom will be sure to impress.
