Love the condo!!!! The condo was perfect....great location, clean, plenty of activities for kids. Our trip was a girls trip and it was great for us, so if you have children, this would be the place you need to come. We were there during bike week (but that's not the reason we were there) but where the condo is was so peaceful. The owners were very easy to work with.

The listing description was very accurate. Pictures listed on the VRBO perfectly described the unit's appearance and amenities. Mike was very helpful and responded to all of our question fast, which is very unusual to see for homeowners, even for big rental companies. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Maintenance service was located on-site and responded to our demands in less than an hour. Kitchen was fully equipped, pots, pans, dishes, etc. We had so much fun on the beach! Dolphin tour from Anderson's Marina was absolutely spectacular!!! We highly recommend this condo to everyone who will be staying in Splash and in Panama City. We are planning to come back here very soon ))))

The resort was nicely decorated & clean overall. The positives: the condo was a great size for 4, comfortably could hv slept 6. Our master bed was comfortable & we had a great view of the ocean!! The couple we rented from were very friendly & handled the business matters well. The beach was beautiful (tho crowded) & the chairs were very convenient. The resort was conviently located. I loved not hving to go to a leasing company to check in, we were able to go straight to our room. The negatives: the master bathroom would not lock & hving 2 boys that is important to me. 2) the shower curtain didn't fit the shower so it would get cold in the shower. 3).the tub wouldn't drain 4) Prob the biggest deal to me: there were NO curtains on the master bedroom window so in the mornings the sun would shine bright in there early! I had to wear a sleeping mask bc even at night there is a light right by window that kept it lit up when u are trying to go to sleep. 5). The master bedroom was small & I didn't enjoy trying to get ready....not enough storage for our clothes. 6). Next biggest disappointment was the DRYER did not DRY! Made doing laundry 3 times a difficult, very frustrating.
