GULF SIDE PROPERTY -OPEN WEEKS MAY - JULY !

We enjoyed staying at Sunset Paradise very much. We've been visiting the area for 17 years in a row now and this is one of my favorite locations. The pool area was kept clean every morning. The pool itself was sparkling clean and the temperature perfect (it is heated). I wish the hot tub had jets. The big gas grill right by the pool was wonderful! I really enjoyed grilling and watching the sunset.
The condo itself is comfortable. It is not oceanfront, but there is a nice view of the ocean from the living room window. The master bedroom has a large king bed and the master bathroom is really nice. The shower has been renovated with all limestone. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen/full size beds, however, the 2nd bedroom and bathroom could use a little attention. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from a full size dresser, also. The kitchen is decent. There is no dishwasher, however, the stove/oven and all the other provided appliances are great. The condo is good for the price.
Something to note... you will have to climb a flight of outside stairs to get to the condo.

We stayed for a week at Sunset Paradise and found it to be perfect. Not only was the condo clean and well-equiped, the location couldn't have been any better. The pool was the perfect place for our big family gatherings. We made good use of the grill. The beach was only steps away and where we gathered to watch the beautiful sunsets and watch the many birds and even a dolphin play. We couldn't have been more pleased and will certainly be back to stay at this little slice of paradise.

We know Indian Rocks very well and this property suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and tidy apartment with everything there to make a very enjoyable holiday and the owner was extremely helpful in very many ways. The pool was maintained on a daily basis and the people there were very friendly. I would certainly recommend this property and hope to return very soon.
