A casual reading room is adjacent and open to the elegant living room. There is a large fireplace in the reading room that is shared with the media room and another large fireplace in the living room. Two steps up from either the living room or the reading room puts you on the main level for entrance/exit, another casual living area complete with home entertainment, massive gourmet kitchen, casual eating area, formal dining room, and bedrooms. The formal dining room looks out to a private courtyard and water fountain in the foreground before the breathtaking view of the Catalina mountain range in the background.

The master bedroom has a sunken fireplace and sitting area as well as a private outdoor walled patio. The master bath has his/hers vanities, showers, and toilets. A room size closet area is complete with cedar drawers, shelves, and cabinets. Two additional bedrooms and an office that can be converted to a bedroom (murphy bed) are in the same east wing of the house as the master bedroom is. There is a shared bathroom with two sinks adjacent to these three rooms. Another 'maids quarters' bedroom is at the opposite west wing of the house. This room features its own private patio and has a private bath area.
