This house is a modern, tastefully decorated, 3 level beachfront home with white sand beaches and all the modern conveniences. There is a huge sundeck for sunbathing or barbequing or just watching the dolphins roll by. Walk along the shore of this virtually secluded beach, while collecting all different types of seashells. You can even drive on the beach with a local permit. If you prefer relaxation, lounge in the shade in the beachfront hammock or take a warm relaxing soak in the brand new 7 person gulf front hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Most times of the year, there are spectacular sunsets and other times of the year, there are breathtaking sunrises.

A short distance away is St Vincent's Island, a wildlife refuge where you can picnic, bicycle ride or go shelling amongst this nature preserve.
