Charming Rancho Mirage House with Pool

This home exceeds expectations. We did not want to leave as it is such a comfortable , peaceful and beautiful accommodation. It's better than the pictures. The beautiful back yard is reason enough to return . The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is delightfully quiet.
The decor is tasteful and interesting with particular emphasis on lighting. Everything is clean and well maintained. We have stayed in the area several times and this home exceeds all others . We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home. Great furnishings and decor, clean and well maintained. Better than the pictures. Loved the open floor plan, numerous French doors leading to the back yard, kitchen with all-inclusive amenities, waterfall at hottub-pool combo, outside tiki bar, well designed landscaping including grapefruit and orange trees with fruit to pick daily, true walking distance to Riverwalk, and central location to valley sites. Would highly recommend and will be back. Recommend the ongoing College of the Desert weekend fair. The community pool across the street was not being heated when we were there. Have to been to Palm Springs several times and this was our favorite accommodation to date.

Those looking for the peace and serenity of a desert oasis need look no farther. We have been wintering in the Coachella Valley for over 15 years and have stayed in resorts, private condos and private homes. None has equaled the value for the rest and relaxation in such beautiful surroundings as this home. It is located in an older but well kept neighborhood of approximately 30 homes in the heart of Rancho Mirage. It is literally an oasis in its own little world surrounded by lush gardens of citrus, tropical fruit trees, bougainvillea and other flowering plants and vines. And this is just the back yard. In the middle of this yard is a Jacuzzi that features a cascading water fall into a perfect size pool that offers a cool respite from sunbathing on the deck or serenades you with the sound of running water from the falls. At night enjoy a cocktail under the poolside tiki bar while you cook on the stainless steel 4 burner barbeque or huddle around the outdoor fire place while you converse with friends.
The home is impeccably appointed with tasteful decorations and all the necessary furnishings and amenities to make you feel at home. The owners have gone out of their way to see to every detail to make you feel welcome right down to the bottle of wine and cream filled pirouettes that greet you upon arrival.
This home is perfectly located in close proximity to shopping, fine dining, sports activities, theatre and entertainment. It is within walking distance of The River Shopping and Entertainment Center and a stone's throw from The college of the Desert where the largest street fair in the valley takes place every Saturday and Sunday as well as the McCallum Theatre where internationally renowned entertainers visit regularly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for next season.
