Our 1880's beach house has ample space for the entire family and parking for four vehicles (two outside and two in garage). The scenic public beach with lifeguards is only .2 miles away and the house comes with a good supply of beach chairs. Megansett, an old, tucked away neighborhood, offers easy access to shopping, entertainment, and summer activities, but most of all it is a place to relax.

Cape Cod vacation

We've stayed here on several occasions and have always had a great time. North Falmouth beach is a short walk down the street. It's easy to get to Falmouth for the shops & restaurants, but we spend most of our time relaxing on the porch with a good book. We'll be back!

Have Summering Here for Years

Have been staying here for years with my family and we love it. My daughter, who is now nineteen, has spent every summer of her life here. Great day trips: Boston, whale watching, the Vineyard, Woodshole. Cute 'little beach' for the small ones - lots of sea shells. Great public beach; great restaurants. For those rainy days there is a beautiful front porch to read, do crossword puzzles, and visit with extended family and friends.

North Falmouth Vacation

I have stayed at this house for many summers as part of both small and large groups – and it has proved ideal for both situations. Conveniences such as the outdoor shower and grill in back are great for beach days. The location is close to Falmouth, Woods Hole, a variety of beaches, nice restaurants and a really good fish market. I have also used the house as a base for touring around the entire upper Cape. For reading at the shore or on the wonderful porch, there are good independent bookstores in nearby Falmouth and the Falmouth Plaza. Filling the bird feeders on the porch guarantees a steady parade of birds to watch. This house has brought me many good memories – and I look forward to its being the scene of more of them.

Summer Vacation

This is a perfect summer home. There is ample space for people to relax. All the bedrooms in the house are comfortable, with options for couples, singles, and children. We enjoyed many days lying on the beach, and relaxing with family on the porch. There are many restaurants and take-out places that are a quick drive away. It is a wonderful house, and we had a wonderful week.
