Panoramic views, both front and back, in beautiful Rancho Mirage. High up in the prestigious area known as the 'Magnesia Falls' awaits this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.

Close to 2000 sq ft of living space. Each bedroom suite is spacious, comfortable. This home is very unique and a true desert experience. The fabulous pool and spa is oh so inviting as you enjoy the full day's sunshine on the deck or lovely covered outdoor living space.

One thing is for certain...the views are UNBELIEVABLE!!! And yet very private.

About The Owner

We live in Glenwood Springs, CO and really enjoy the weather in Rancho Mirage. We are both originally from California and have family in Rancho Mirage and other parts of Southern California. We are grandparents to three grandchildren. The twins are 4 and they live only 1 hour away from our home in Rancho Mirage. We also have a granddaughter who is 4 and lives in Silt, CO. We own a construction company, we have an office in Glenwood Springs, CO and Rancho Mirage, CA and our passion is to design and build and we are good at it and it shows in our homes.

The Owner purchased this house in 2008
What makes this house unique

We have made the property comfortable so that we can relax and enjoy the area and the pool. We have family down every weekend while we are there and enjoy cooking and visiting with family and friends. The sun shines almost every day and the skies are blue. You wake up every morning and listen to the birds and you feel the sun shining through the window, it makes you think you are living in paradise. I welcome anyone to experience the pleasure that both my husband and I have felt staying at our desert property.

Thank you so much. Your wonderful house was the perfect escape from A and to vacation with our 2 year old daughter and her grandparents. Lila loved swimming in the little pool and sleeping the the "big" girl bed. We enjoyed morning hiking nearby and family dinners at your dining room table. We had a great time and really appreciate the hospitality.
