Large 900+ sq ft 1 bedroom high rise condo by the beach. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view with immediate access to the famous Doctor's Cave Beach located along Gloucester Ave. ' hip strip' !. Five minutes driving distance from Sangster International Airport (MBJ), with food, shopping , beach and entertainment all within eyesight. Secured grounds and parking . Fully and very nicely furnished with full kitchen and balcony overlooking the beach. Balcony furniture included for outdoor dining. Property includes swimming Pool and Tennis Courts. Convenience store available for last minute necessities and small food items located at the street level across from the beach.

Great location, across from Dr. Cave's Beach (the best beach for swimming and snorkeling); the apt. is clean and very roomy; big patio overlooking the beach, the apt is always nice and cool; great swimming pool and tennis courts in the complex as well; Would be nice if the washer and dryer are working. Kitchen appliance o.k. but good for Jamaican standard. Good security in the building; we had a great time and were sorry we had to leave after a month. Tip: if staying longer than 2 wks; apply for family membership at Dr. Cave's before you leave; takes a couple of weeks to process; is cheaper.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
