Cozy, Clean Condo in a safe gated community. There are three Golf Courses on the Island along with the beautiful white sandy beaches. Palm Beach is a half mile away and Eagle Beach is not more than two miles away. Baby beach ,which is a must to visit, is at the end of the Island about 20 miles away from the condo.

The Condo is close to many good restaurants , recreation, grocery and liquor stores, banks, churches and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Fabulous!

This was our second stay at Tanya's condo and I must say it was better than the first time, which was great! We love Palma Real and especially being on the top floor with the amazing Aruba winds. We only used the air conditioning one time the whole week (the day we were packing up to leave). The screens on the windows made it possible to leave the windows open 24/7. Nice new fan in the bedroom was a plus. We love Aruba and will be back again in 2012. If you want a clean, convenient, safe place to stay with everything you could possibly need, this is it! Close to everything! Having the beach chairs to take with us each day was sooooo nice! It allowed us to travel to any beach on the island and not have to worry about renting chairs. But if you don't want to rent a car, the beach is about 1/2 mile away and there are 2 really nice pools on site. Just a great place to stay! Love the Caribbean Store (directly across from the entrance into Palma Real) for the coldest beer in Noord. And Bibi, Deni, Vera and the gang are the friendliest people on the island! This was our first trip to the Old Man and the Sea restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was very romantic, great sunset, awesome food! BUT there are sooooo many wonderful restaurants on the island it is hard to review them all. Thanks to Tanya for allowing us to rent her home away from home again! It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable and cozy. We can't wait to be back this year!

Provides an excellent option to stay in Aruba

Clean and adequately equipped Condo in desirable Noord area close to the High rise resorts area. Very close to fine dining places and restaurants- walkable distance I did not need to rent a car for a few days until I got familiar with Aruba, but a rental car/ATV/4*4 is needed to visit remote and interior places or for adventure in the ARIKOK down south. Condo is very Close to Bank and a local convenient store chain. Rental car companies are plentiful and they deliver the car at the Condo. Mermaid's diving is about 15 minute walk- they also come pick you up for diving and snorkeling

If you stay here, need to use electricity wisely as it's expensive and it's second floor condo so really provides nice breeze through the day evenings and mornings are wonderful. Community is gated and well watched at night. Good for all ages couples perfect for a week's stay or longer if you like. I would stay again at this Place next time I visit Aruba.

Need to leave some Tip for the cleaning lady so that the next person gets the Condo as clean as you see it when you get there

Excellent Condo

We enjoyed our quiet "penthouse" in Aruba. This condo was fully equipped, right down to the radio/tape player. It was very clean (including surrounding property and pools), convenient to the beach, next to the new grocery store, Hong Fui, and within walking distance to wonderful restaurants! Very much worth the money and highly recommended!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway

awesome place to stay

Beautiful condo excellent facilities. Two beautiful pools and always kept clean. Excellent security always felt safe. Never rented a vehicle walked to the main restaurant area which only took 10 minutes . Busses were great took you to any part of the island that you wanted to go. We used eagle beach at the amsterdam which was alot quieter than palm beach. Condo was so clean and everyone in the community was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 weeks this year and will definately return but for longer next year. thanks tanya for letting us use your beautiful condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
