The large west facing windows draw in the beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and provide spectacular sunsets all summer long. The open living room also boasts a beautiful granite inlaid fireplace with a 60” plasma TV mounted over the mantle. Adjacent to the living room is the fully stocked large gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for six, and bar seating for 5.

To provide maximum privacy, the master bedroom is located down from living room. This fantastic bedroom includes a huge king bed, a granite inlaid fireplace, and a 50' plasma TV. Within your master suite is the spacious and luxurious bathroom, which includes dual sinks, a large jetted bathtub and rain shower, your own personal sauna, and a spacious walk-in closet. Going one more level up from the living area is the 4th-bedroom, which includes a king size bed, a queen size sofa sleeper and more ocean views. From this 4th bedroom you can walk out on to the rooftop patio with table and chairs, where you will enjoy more wonderful ocean views and peaceful afternoon ocean breezes.
