Enjoy the fantastic gulf front living with out the high-rise elevators and long walks to the beach. Watch dolphins swim from your private balcony. Listen to the waves crashing with deeded beach access allowing you unlimited private time on the white sand. The ground floor has a guest room with 2 queen beds adjoining another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bath. Walk up the stairs to an open den, dining/kitchen area looking onto you deck and incredible views of the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen and a half bath on this level. The third floor has two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen, each having its own private baths. You will not believe the view and how convenient the beach access is.
