Perfect family apartment

we just returned from staying at this apartment over the xmas 2009 holidays. we were a bit apprehensive at first because there were no reviews and this is a fairly high price point. however, we need not have worried. the lack of reviews is simply due to the newness of this property on the market, as they just made it available starting in november.
this is a legitimately huge apartment in a terrific location. it's just a short walk from soho, about 4-5 blocks away from the express train (3 stops to times square) and steps away from some of the best restaurants and shopping in the city. they have decorated the place beautifully, blending some nice antiques and furniture with ultramodern kitchen and bathroom facilities. kaija could not have been nicer or more helpful, discussing all of our requirements beforehand and reconfiguring the apartment to accomodate our needs. at one point we had 7 children between 1 1/2 and 11 years old and every one of them were having a great time running around or watching tv. this has to be one of the best places for family or group gatherings available in manhattan. we're looking forward to returning next year.
