I just love coming to our house at 4728 E Bluff Drive and chase after birds and squirrels (especially birds). I go on the docks and jump in the water and doggie paddle my way back to the beach. I take long walks all around my street and say hi to anyone also walking. I'm going to tell my owners to live up here all the time. It's the best!!

OUR LOVE OF THE REGION - EARTH, MOUNTAIN AND SKY AND THE SERENITY OF THE AREA PROMPTED US TO PURCHASE THIS PROPERTY. WE HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS BY HAVING THE HOUSE ON ONE SIDE OF THE ACCESS ROAD AND THE DOCK(s) AND BEACH ON THE OTHER SIDE, GIVING US TOTAL PRIVACY.
THE BENEFITS INCLUDE: THE MOON OVER THE LAKE AND AT TIMES FIREWORKS MIRRORED ON THE LAKE ARE INCREDIBLE. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO GET INTO A GOOD BOOK, STUDY..... YOU CAN ROW ALL AROUND THE LAKE AND STOP IN AT VARIOUS RESTAURANTS AT ITS EDGE. BEST OF ALL, IT'S AN ESCAPE FROM THE EVERY DAY.
What a great time we had again this year at Beyond the Sea. Lots of upgrades done to the home this year making it feel like a true vacation home. This home is a great place for families to get away but still be together. I can only hope we can rent it again next year!
We had an awesome time at the "Beyond the Sea" property. A pleasant surprise when we walked through the front door,the charm and cleanliness. We enjoyed the front window view and coffee on the dock every AM. Meals on the huge deck,spacious seating accommodations were a great bonus. Plenty of room for our large family (12) to sleep and relax. The yard allowed for fun when we were needing a break from the water. Can't thank you enough for the memories that were made this summer at "Beyond the Sea"!
This clean, convenient, and bright house was perfect for our week-long getaway. Owners were great at communicating details, directions, etc that we needed. The location, near Keuka College, gave us a great location for walks and boating, while making trips in to town (Penn Yan) a breeze.
Large lawn was great for our teenagers to do whatever it is that teenagers do, and the property was great for our dogs.
The only thing that kept me from giving five stars was the dock and very small beach. There are a couple of very sharp boat-eating corners on the dock, and no cleats.....though we really appreciated the installed whips. The dock and beach are very accurately shown in the listing, but there is actually very little room to sit directly on the water. There is a nice deck above the dock, but we had to buy comfortable chairs to supplement the small upright plastic chairs there...so bring your own sun chairs and you'll be all set.

Our 3 generation family stayed at Beyond the Sea until 7/6/13. Very nice and clean property. Loved the wrap around deck for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the location and long driveway for parking. Would recommend it to anyone!
Our family stayed at Beyond the Sea the week that our daughter got married at Esperanza Mansion. The home was exactly as pictured/described, and was a ten minute drive to the mansion. The decks were great for groups to gather, and the dock was a wonderful place for people to hang out and enjoy the water. We were very pleased with this property!!
We had 10 people in our group. The house was spacious and comfortable. The large wrap around deck had plenty of seating and the fire pit was a great feature. We cooked out every night on the deck. We went fishing off the dock in the morning and when we returned from our daily excursions. The long driveway was great too. We had people coming in from different states so being able to accommodate the vehicles was key. The kitchen was equipped with many appliance, dishes, silverware to meet our needs.
The management team and ownership we fantastic to deal with in meeting our needs. And last but not least the rental was very reasonably priced for all it had to offer.

S, AND BLACK ROCK (DIRT TRACK), 8 MI. S. IN DUNDEE. TOO MANY FINE NEW YORK WINERIES TO MENTION, ALONG WITH AMISH / MENNONITE MARKETPLACES, THE WINDMILL (OUTDOOR FLEA/CRAFT MARKET - APR. TO SEPT), ANTIQUE SHOPS, SHOPPING MALLS, MOVIES, MARINAS AND MUCH, MUCH MORE.
