Anything that is in the Atlantic Ocean swims past this house. Spectacular Sombrero Beach is a mile away on the bicycle/jogging path. 54' of dock. Clean your fish at the dock. Free kayaks to explore these spectacular waterways at sunset or sunrise. ADDITIONAL VACATION RENTAL INFORMATION: * Beach Chairs & Beach Towels * 3 Big screen flat TVs for the non-athletic. * All 4 bedrooms have TVs * No Smoking. * Parking for 3 cars,one small trailer, do not use neighbors driveway. No RVs; no garage parking, fire ordinance. * Beach Chairs & Beach Towels * 2,300 square feet . * Year Round is Wonderful. Fall is a Bargain, Great Lobstering and Fishing. * Half (1/2) rent required to make reservation, balance one month before arrival.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and "Keys" like the property was. My two boys, 9 and 6, woke up everyday to iguannas sunning themselves. We spent everyday taking the boat to Sombrero Reef, in eyesight from the Ocean access point, and returning to the afternoon-shaded pool. The kitchen was fabulous to cook for ourselves and company. Enough rooom to feed the eight of us.
There was enough parking for the trailer and 3 cars, more if we needed. We launched on 33rd Street, a five minute drive.
We were almost within walking distance to Publix (if we were that energetic) and to the beach.

The only down side was that we were possibly in the longest no wake zone in the entire Keys. Once in the ocean, however, we were maybe 10 minutes to the Reef, or 15 to the Gulf. Only a 20 minute boat ride to the Island Fish Company Restaurant (we went twice). We also drove down to Key West twice.
It was hands down the best family vacation we've taken to date. We weren't home for 3 hours before my husband asked me to look into returning!

Wonderful vacation in Marathon

We had a wonderful stay at this house!! We have been going down to the Keys for over 20 years and this house was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in!! The location is great because you are within 5 min. from Publix and The Big "K". The dock is great and there is plenty of parking too!! We could really tell that lots of thought has gone into making this home fun for vacationers!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay and we will be back next year for sure!!
