Great stay at the Aqua

Great condo with incredible views (the photos are accurate, you can indeed see Navy Pier on one side, and Grant park on another).

Nadiya was fantastic to work with, and the property was very quiet when we were there.

The condo amenities are also first class, the outside terrace was just being completed, but is very well done and landscaped. The gym is a full fledged club (as good as my normal gym, fully stacked for weights unless you are a professional weightlifter!)

The condo front desk was also very helpful, and overall the other renters were also friendly (I think we were the oldest people there, it felt like we walked in on the set of Melrose Place or something, ha)

We just came back from a four day weekemd with our best friends. The apartment is great! Convenient, Brand New, great amenities and the views are worth it! There is even a balcony. We can't wait to come back! Although, as word gets out- this place is going to be booked up solid! Book it soon! Nadiya was easy and responsive!

We stayed over the July 4th weekend. We absolutely loved the apartment and the building. So much so, that my husband and I rented a 2BR apartment!

Had it not been for Nadiya and this rental we never would have experienced Aqua.Thank you Nadiya!

Excellent Stay at Aqua Building!

My wife and I recently stayed at this place in Chicago for 8 nights....we had an excellent trip. Working with Nadiya on this transaction was very easy, painless and she went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right....even to provide us with a complimentary basket upon arrival - great surprise!

The building is very close to Navy Pier and the lakefront...you are also very close to Millenium park and all the shopping on Michigan Avenue.

The building was just being completed when we were there, but we really enjoyed the excellent pool access and there is a full gym on the second floor which includes an awesome lounge area.

Would definetly recommend...Thanks Nadiya.
