Fully equipped: ample boat space with a lift for boats, pool, large screened patio, private outdoor shower, tile floors throughout. Private beach access is only a short bike ride away. Living Area: Large comfortable living area features 2 full size couches and lots of comfy chairs. 4 Bedrooms: 3 queens & two sets of bunks. Sleeps 10. Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped kitchen open to comfortable seating area, huge table seats 10. Patio is well furnished with dining table as well as couch lounge chairs and rockers.
