Upstairs:
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for the most demanding of cooks. Great room design includes multiple windows with ocean views, a TV, and a stone fireplace. The upper deck is accessible off the dining room's French doors.
The deck is partially covered providing shelter from wind, rain, and sun for year round enjoyment (e.g. BBQ in wind or rain). The master has a King bed, expansive ocean views, TV, and master bath with double sinks, soaking tub, and shower. There is also a half bath off the great room.
Downstairs:
Downstairs there is a 2nd Queen bedroom, a 3rd bedroom with two Twin Beds and door to patio, a 4th bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and French Doors to the patio. and 5th bedroom (theater room) queen futon, with wet-bar and two inflatable Queen Mattresses. The Theater Room is spectacular, with a huge 110” screen and sound system. There are complete directions for watching movies and hooking up your favorite game consoles, playing CD’s, iPods, iPhones, and iTouches.
