There's a great grocery store in town for all your needs. The town of St. Helena is just 7 miles from downtown Calistoga, known for it's shopping, art galleries and restaurants. Other local towns like Rutherford and Oakville are close by. Venture as far as Yountville for lunch or dinner at Bouchons or the French Laundry. The Palisades mountains provides hiking trails. Bicycle along the Silverado Trail for the afternoon. You're close to many local award winning wineries for wine tasting and tours.. Golfing and tennis are close by at the Meadow Wood resort. The Gysers, Petrified Forest Museum and Wildlife Safari park make a great days adventure. Robert Louis Stevenson park, Lake Berryessa and Lake Hennessy recreational parks are in driving distance.

  • Monthly/Weekly/2 Day Rental: A security/damage deposit equal to 50% of the monthly/weekly/2 day rental rate is required no less than 7 business days prior to arrival date. Deposit wil be refunded, w/in 14 days after departure, provided house is in same condition as received. Charges for repairs/replacements do to renter & their guests will be deducted from deposit.

    Booking Deposit:
    Month/Week/2 Day Rental: 50% deposit is due w/in 7 days of booking.
    Balance is due no less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

    Cancel Policy:
    30 or more days prior to arrival date: full refund.
    29 to 22 days prior to arrival date: 80% refundable.
    21 to 15 days prior to arrival date: 60% refundable.
    14 to 8 days prior to arrival date: 40% refundable.
    7 days or less prior to arrival date: NO REFUNDS in full
    *Paid security/damage deposit will be refunded in full if reservation is canceled anytime prior to arrival date.
    The cancellation policies above still apply to deposits and payments in full.

Notes: Pool is heated from April 1st through October 15th, on a general rule. Upon request, for 1 week to monthly rentals, consideration will be made to heat the pool during the winter months. There is one window air-conditioner in the home and fans are provide for use throughout. Croquet and horseshoe sets are provided.

From an intimate dinner for two, a small cocktail party or dinner, and whether it be for business or pleasure, we can handle all your entertaining needs. Just tell us what your wants, wishes and dreams are and we'll make your occasion a memorable one. Everything is handled on site and available for up to 40 guests. Luncheons, dinners and cocktail parties for 4 to 12 should be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. Arrangements for greater numbers should be finalized at least 15 days in advance, depending the type of the entertaining.

Your Own Private Chef & Stocked Kitchen: Don't want to think about cooking during your stay? Let our Chef do the cooking. Full breakfasts, lunches and dinners can be prepared for you. (pricing upon request) Currently our Chef is available on Friday-Sundays for personal meals and requires a 12 hour notice. We can stock the refrigerator and cabinets with your favorite foods. Just give us a 48 hours notice prior to your arrival. Additional charges: cost of the groceries plus $25.00.

We spent labor day weekend with my brother and his wife at this absolutely stunning guest home. The main house and guest home were just gorgeous and the attention to detail in both the design and service are unmatched. From the view to the pool to the landscaping to the decor, it doesn't get any better. The pictures do not do it justice. We've rented several homes in many locations over the years and this one tops the list.

The owners - Todd and Gene - were fantastic hosts. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and appetizers. There were fresh baked cookies waiting for us after a day touring wineries and we were invited for some wine, pizza and tour of the main house another day. It's not like a bed and breakfast, so you truly feel you have the entire place to yourselves. But the limited interaction with the owners was such a nice added touch.

I highly, highly recommend choosing this and/or the main house if you're considering a trip to the Napa or Sonoma area.

In all our travels we have never experience a place like this. It's a beautiful home and everything about it was comfortable, and easy. My wife and I were ready to move in! The attention to detail. We'd go out for the day to visit wineries and when we'd returned it looked as if we had just arrived. Then out for dinner and when we returned, again like we had just arrived. Beds turned down and lights turned, fresh baked cookies, We couldn't believe it. I noticed that even though we had all this attention, I rarely saw the houseman. But the time I needed directions and recommendations for restuarants, he was available and knowledgable. The pool was all ours to enjoy. I'd get up early in the morning take my coffee and walk through the gardens.They're spectacular. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. I could go on and on about all the other wonderful experiences we had during our stay. I'd highly recommend staying here. I know we're coming back!
