Constructed in Jan 2009, the brand new studio is conveniently situated between the city center (8 minutes by car or by metro) and Bavaria`s scenic nature (15 minutes driving to Ammersee and 25 minutes to Lake Starnberg) in Munich-Pasing. In 3 minute-walking distance, you find 5 metro lines (S4, 5, 6, 8 and 20), Tram 19, many bus lines and a national train station. The studio’s architectural design is luxury and modern and the furniture and fixtures are among the finest. The studio is equipped with modern kitchen including espresso machine, microwave and premium bathroom with washing machine as well as flatscreen TV and iPod stereo. Underground parking is available. The City Park Pasing with the Wuerm River is just 10 steps away. Within a 300 meter radius, you will find a great selection of retail shops, supermarkets, cafes, banks and restaurants.

Studios, overlooking the Wuerm River: The studio is surrounded by water and trees, the Wuerm and City Park Pasing. Car-free zone along the river and the walking path across the park will be a great pleasure to kids and joggers as well as bikers.

Quick ride to the City Center or Bavaria's Nature: It takes 7 to 8 minutes to the City Center, Marianplatz either by car or by metro, which is located 300 meters away from the building. Thanks to the wide selection of public transportations, you can visit Neuschweinstein Castle, Garmish-Patenckirche, Salzburg, Starnberg Lake, Ammersee, Chimsee and other scenic locations in the region by direct local trains from Pasing Station.

Newly finished apartment, very close to the center

My wife and I were the first quests who stayed in the apartment. The furniture and interior design are nicely selected and the kitchen was very functional, fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking.

Shops and resturants are nearby. We especially like this place because it has an excellent access to the public transportations. We took a direct train to Neuschwanstein Palace as well as to Salzburg from Pasing station which was about 3-4 minitue walking from the apartment.

We recommend this apartment to everyone who does not want to drive in the city. Use public transportations there!

5 nights in Munich

We spent 5 nights in this studio in September of 2009 and found that we did very good decision by renting it. It's conveniently located close to metro and tram. We needed to find a parking space for our car and had no problems finding spaces available (it' a problem in Munich). The studio is brand new, has everything you may need, to cook and relax, has Wi-Fi; the owner is very helpful on all subjects. You won't be disappointed by renting it. We will definitely will rent it again!

Nice and Convenient

We stayed at another studio in the same building also run by Rachel for 5 nights in August 2009. It was my husband, my teenager boy, my 2-year old and I. Four of us but it was still very comfy. The studio was well-equipped and spotless. We had all we needed for a temporary home away from home and more. It was also very convenient for transportation and groceries, etc. I am also thankful for Rachel's helpfulness in getting the train ticket for me when I was not able to book it through the DB website.

Very good value for your money and much better than a hotel room, highly recommended!

Comfortable and Convenient

We are a family of 3 including a teenage daughter and stayed in the apartment for 4 nights in early July, 2009. We felt home right away and the space was cheerful and big enough for us to relax at the end of the busy day. The apartment is impeccable, clean and modern. Getting to the center of Munich is convenient and fast and neighborhood has many shops including the small market in the train station that opens till late! The owner has been responsive, attentive and accommodating from the first time we inquired about the place till the very end. Thank you again, Rachel. I'd recommend the place to anyone planning to visit Munich.

Business trip to Munich - excellent accomodation

On a recent business trip to Munich I stayed at the brand new studio in close proximity to the city center. The studio was very comfortable and convenient to do business in Munich. Since I did not rent a car I highly appreciated the good access to Munich city center as well as the airport. The apartment was very clean and all amenities were available.

The owner was very responsive and helpful in all inquiries that I had. I am definitely recommending this place to anyone who comes to Munich for business or private travel.

Looking forward to another stay in the near future.
