Constructed in 2010, the 2-room apartments and the studios are conveniently situated between the city center (8 minutes by car or by metro) and Bavaria`s scenic nature (15 minutes driving to Ammersee and 25 minutes to Lake Starnberg) in Munich-Pasing. In 3 minute-walking distance, you find 5 metro lines (S4, 5, 6, 8 and 20), Tram 19, many bus lines and a national train station.

Apartments, overlooking the Wuerm River: The apartments and studios are surrounded by water and trees, the Wuerm and City Park Pasing. Car-free zone along the river and the walking path across the park will be a great pleasure to kids and joggers as well as bikers.

Quick ride to the City Center or Bavaria's Nature: It takes about 10 minutes to the City Center, Marianplatz either by car or by metro. Pasing station is located 300 meters away from the building. Thanks to the wide selection of public transportations, you can visit Neuschweinstein Castle, Garmish-Patenckirche, Salzburg, Starnberg Lake, Ammersee, Chimsee and other scenic locations in the region by direct local trains from the Station.

Newly finished apartment, very close to the center

My wife and I were the first quests who stayed in the apartment. The furniture and interior design are nicely selected and the kitchen was very functional, fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking.

Shops and resturants are nearby. We especially like this place because it has an excellent access to the public transportations. We took a direct train to Neuschwanstein Palace as well as to Salzburg from Pasing station which was about 3-4 minitue walking from the apartment.

We recommend this apartment to everyone who does not want to drive in the city. Use public transportations there!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Great apartment in a quiet part of Munich

My two kids, 13 & 21, and I very much enjoyed our stay in Munich and the use of our 1 bedroom apartment as our home base. Located a quick 5-7 minute walk from the train station, the apartment proved to be a great choice. Nice,peaceful part of town.

This studio was fantastic! Very close to the bus line, and only a 10 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds. We easily fit two people, but could have probably fit another person, if necessary. It was a wonderful way to start our Munich adventure.

Paying was easy, and we got our deposit back a few days after checking out - which is very nice when travelling around Europe for a few weeks.

What great place to stay while in Munich

Perfect place to stay. The train station is within walking distance ( 3-4 minutes) and you can be in central part of Munich in a matter of minutes. Rachel was on holiday but had a very nice young lady meet us and show us around. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer was a big plus. Our adult boys liked that they had internet access. This apartment is located above a fairly large shopping mall and has underground parking available which was good for us as we had our car. If you didn't want to get out and see the sights you could live in this building and never leave home. Everything is available in one stop.
I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and If I ever get back to Munich I will be giving Rachel a call.

Highly recommended Munich Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our needs. What you see is what you get! The apartment is clean and secure and has modern features. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The metro station is within walking distance making the city centre easily accessible.

Correspondence with Rachel was prompt and very helpful. We are very pleased with the high level of customer service provided.

We will definitely use the apartment if we visit Munich again. Definitely recommended!
