Relax and enjoy fabulous ocean views on a private hilltop estate set on 2 acres of oak trees. The main house sleeps 8-10 people, has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a large chef’s kitchen. The guest/pool house can be used as an additional bedroom. Master bedroom has Kluft Mattress for the most comfortable night's sleep you will ever have. A large backyard patio with natural & gas BBQ overlooks a pool and waterfall spa. All the amenities - including 3 flat screen TVs, a grand piano, game room with kitchenette, billiards, ping pong & poker tables, etc. Large open kitchen with top of the line appliances and wet-bar in the living room. The upstairs master suite features a private balcony, office, wireless internet, Jacuzzi tub, double-head shower and large walk-in closet. Walk to hiking trailheads, 5 min. drive to beaches, & shops. Kluft bed that cost over $18,000 new.

Golf: There are several golf courses in the area, we have 2 sets of clubs available for recreational use. Try the Golf Club on Las Positas or Hidden Valley, beginners will enjoy Twin Oaks.
