The perfect summer getaway : It's all about location and this luxurious home is just minutes from both Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Only a short drive up the road and you can enjoy delicious margaritas at Carlos N' Charlies or take in the breathtaking sunset over the lake from the newly rebuilt decks of The Oasis. If it's shopping you crave, the new Hill Country Galleria is less than a 10 minute drive down FM 620. Access to a Lake Travis public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away.

The house was great! All the kids really enjoyed the pool and the upstairs family room! Having a game room really made it great for nightime. We would definitely come back. :) We brought our boat and the house was perfect location to the boat dock a couple miles away.

I've had the pleasure of staying at Villa Di Lusso on each of my last two visits to Austin, and both stays were incredible. The leasing agent and ownership for the property are incredibly responsive, and we were well taken care of. The house itself is extremely comfortable, and it's in close proximity to Lake Austin. The pictures do not do it justice. I certainly hope to stay there again.

This is a fabulous home!

In the area for our son's wedding and lucky to find this amazing home for our one-week stay. It is even more beautiful than the pictures and is very comfortable, well equiped, has huge open areas for gathering and games, a fabulous chef's kitchen, towering ceilings and lovely architectural details. "Luxurious" is almost an understatement. The attentive support by the owners was also terrific- they responded immediately to any question or concern. We have rented many homes over the years and this was by far the grandest and most fun. It comfortably accommodated 14 and the privacy of the Casita was ideal for the newlyweds in our party. Very close and convenient to Lake Travis and Vintage Villas, incidentally a lovely place to hold a wedding.

I am staying at Villa di Lusso for my wedding in Austin. It looks beautiful and I can't wait to catch up with my friends there. They are coming in from LA and I am looking forward to seeing them. After our small wedding ceremony, we will head back to Villa di Lusso to celebrate. When the kids get tired then can go upstairs to sleep first. It's the perfect arrangement!

Perfect for a big group

This house is amazing. We had 7 couples all with small kids, and we were very comfortable. Our reunion could not have gone better. Sheena is very personable and easy to deal with. Everything said in all of the other reviews is absolutely true.
