'I have rented apartments in Paris fourteen times in the last 18 years. I recently returned from a ten day trip where I stayed at this apartmet with my sister and two women friends.
This is the finest apartment in which I have EVER stayed in Paris. The facilities are wonderful -- the two w.c.s made having four women much easier. The two showers insured that everyone was on time for various adventures and the soaking tub made for exquisite late afternoon respites!
Furniture is quite lovely; all facilities easy to use. I am a cook and, I was impressed with the facilities in the kitchen. The espresso machine was GREAT. The location is great. Near the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower; great for morning walks. Good bus lines that take you to Bastille or the Opera via Madeleine. Close to Ecole Militaire, a good subway stop, and a quick walk to Pont de l'Alma, the nearest RER. We loved sitting on the balcony and writing in journals or painting the scenes below. We had a fabulous experience, and will definitely return!'

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!
We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
The location is one of the best in Paris: 5-minute walk to the Seine River; 1 minute to the Eiffel Tower and Champ du Mars park; 12 minutes walk to the Four Seasons George V and Plaza Athenee (where the last episode of Sex and the City were filmed) for tea or 3-star dining; 12 minutes to the Grand Palais and the famous couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. 20-minute walk to the Champs Elysées; 12 minutes to the Invalides and Rodin Museum;10 minutes to the Trocadéro; 25-minute walk to Place de la Concorde, 25 minute walk to the Latin Quarter and the Bon Marché department store 3 Open Markets are located in this quartier during the week where merchants bring their food & wares from all over France. Loads of shops, restaurants, cafes. Running, basket, skating & bicycling in the park across the street. Sightseeing, Museums, Shopping. 5 minutes walk to the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours along the Seine, the infamous Sewers of Paris Tour, the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, Musee d'Orsay, etc. Or, you ca
