Our home is located right in the heart of Laguna Beach! You only have to get here, park your car, hang your hat... let you feet and public transportation do the rest! Here are a few of the landmark sites located within 3 blocks of 'the Heart': Hotel Laguna: this hotel is located on the beach and is only one block away! Main Beach and the classic 1920's lifeguard tower: 2 blocks away! Library (with all of the newspapers, magazines and books): 100 feet! Forest Avenue with all of its restaurants, shops: 1 block! Pageant of the Masters/Festival of Arts: 3 blocks! Sawdust Festival: 6 blocks (or catch the trolley)! Supermarket: 3 blocks! Tennis courts and Public pool: 4 blocks! During July and August, the local free shuttle will whiz you anywhere else you wish to go! The Helen Cope House is a cozy gated cottage with high walls in the Village in Laguna Beach, approximately 500 feet from Laguna's Main Beach and 100 feet from Laguna's Public Library.

Our home: is actually on the Historical Landmark map of Laguna beach! It is called the Helen Cope house and its foundations date from 1897... which makes this home Vintage Laguna... but has all of the benefits of fully restored modern plumbing, electrical, seismic retrofits! The Home is a fully furnished two-story house with a redwood exterior and an all wood interior. Features include an extra large gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room, fireplaces in the living room and in the kitchen, great security, off street parking behind a 10-foot tall iron gate, original 1920's bath fixtures including a six-foot bathtub and stained glass windows.

There are other beach houses and summer rentals, but the Helen Cope House is a truly unique beach house, a part of Laguna Beach history. Rent the Helen Cope House and have a wonderful vacation !!
