This luxury home in a private vacation community includes air-conditioning, 2 fireplaces, screened in porch with PING PONG table, washer/dryer, dishwasher and multiple televisions. The house is located on a 3 acre lot with a pet friendly, invisible fence. Walking distance to a beautiful private beach, tennis courts, clubhouse, 2 playgrounds and boat launch. Spectacular day trips to the White Mountains and attractions are only 1 hour away with many closer options also available. pool table and ping pong in the in the garage/gameroom, x-box 360 in the downstairs game room and a beaufiful yard to keep the kids busy. Firepit for a cozy night. Canoe available. New 55' HDTV in the living room for movie night. We also own/rent the house next door. Homeaway Property # 118460 that sleeps 17. If you are interested in reserving for a wedding or very large family gathering they can be rented together. Kitchen has all new appliances in 2011.

Spectacular fall foliage: Swimming, boating, tennis, volleyball, basketball, 2 playgrounds, and a public golf course (just 4 miles away). Antique lovers will be in heaven with hundreds of shops in the area as well as weekly auctions just a few minutes away! Rent canoes, kayaks, jet skis, etc. at nearby rental shops. Enjoy walks on the beach, sunsets, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants all within minutes! We also own/rent the house next door Homeaway Property # 118460 so if you have a really large family or are going to a wedding up at the castle it works out ideally to get the whole family together.
