Our centrally located remodeled vacation home is two short blocks to the 26th Avenue Beach, one of the best family beaches in Santa Cruz County. Stroll down to the Santa Maria Beach (21st Ave), a wide stretch of sand, and explore the tide pools, a favorite for families and beach lovers. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the warm outdoor shower and relax in the private garden. Located between Capitola and the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk, our immaculate vacation home is decorated in a classic contemporary style with open living and dining areas. Light filled bedrooms with quality cotton bedding and towels. Sliding glass doors open to a fully fenced backyard with beautiful views of Corcoran lagoon.. Relax in the garden with flowers and fruit trees. Peaceful retreat or wonderful romantic getaway!

Our house is located just two blocks from beautiful beaches and prime surfing. The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is about two miles from the house. Walk, ride bikes, go surfing, sailing, fishing or golfing. Our garden is breathtakingly beautiful and you will never want to leave! We are 30 minutes from Monterey and Carmel, and 35 minutes to Silicon Valley. One and a half hours from San Francisco. The Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor is a quick drive as well as the world famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk all within minutes of our house. Less than 10 minute drive to the charming 'fishing' village of Capitola where you will enjoy quaint seaside shops, cafes and great restaurants.

This beach house is a little bite of heaven.The website pictures dont show the true charm! We were pleasantly surprized when we opened the door and saw what a beautiful home it really is! all the convienences of home.There are so many nice touches to the place. The Garden is incedible.We saw so many birds......everyday was wonderfull.....the beach and stores are very close by....what more could we ask for? oh yes... did we mention watching the dolphins in the ocean....!!!!
We will be back.......again.......

it's a beautiful and very clean house and well etablished - the house is comfortable and usefull set uped - it's very much charmed.
We could find everything for cooking and playing - there are a lot of games and puzzles.
The back yards are big and nice - a lot of flowers grows in the garden.
Contact to owners is very good. we received helpful info's "where to go in Santa Cruz"

Wonderful place to get away!

Our family of four loved this cottage! The home was in top shape, everything was new and clean. The yard is gorgeous and crawling into a comfy bed after a long day at the beach was such a treat. We loved the close walking access to the uncrowded 26th Ave beach and how quiet it was back at the house. The home is central to both Capitola and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk area. The house binder was full of good info on where to eat and shop. I highly recommend this beach cottage and would definitely go back.

What a wonderful getaway! The house was perfect for our family. After several searches on the internet, this sounded ideal. The house lived up to every description and expectation. It was fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need, beautiful garden, close to the beach and Boardwalk. It is the first time we have used VRBO and found the owners very helpful in tailoring our stay. It was a memorable holiday for our kids who immediately found games in the closet, movies they enjoyed, a beautiful beach to wear them out and a comfortable home to land in...and the Boardwalk of course. I cannot say enough about the entire process. I am so happy we stumbled on to this rental! Would love to be there right now!
