Carolina Reef is located in North Myrtle Beach. Restaurant Row and Barefoot Landing are about 5 minutes away by car. North Myrtle Beach is the newer resort area, about 10 miles north of downtown Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach generally has fewer people on the beach than Myrtle Beach itself and is more geared to families, children and mature adults than Myrtle Beach. Carolina Reef is a quiet, family oriented building just a few miles from Barefoot Landing and our favorite new restaurant, Le Grand's (wild caught salmon from Alaska). Walk 2 blocks south for beachside restaurant or a mile south for fun bar with summer bands. Sit on the balcony and feel like you are on the beach! Pelicans fly by at eye level!

HOA has the right to enter unit in emergency. Pet owner is responsible for any damages and liability. Curb your dog appropriately and clean up waste -- $1,000 fine in North Myrtle Beach for littering. Dog(s) allowed on beach while leashed.

Washer/Dryer: Coin Operated washers and dryers on the 9th floor - and several other floors of the building.

Parking: Covered parking under and around the building and an overflow lot across the street. Luggage Racks available near the elevator!

My wife and I recently made our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The condo was beautiful and had all the comforts we needed. The elevator and washer and dryer were very convienent. The view from the deck was spectacular. The ocean was so hypnotic you felt like you could watch it forever.

The access and convienence to the beach was great. Convientenly located to all you need in dining, shopping and such. The traffic light at 17th Ave made turning South very easy. North Myrtle Beach is the place to be if you are looking to relax but not overwhelmed by too many people. We hope to go back again and we hope we can stay in your condo again!

Awesome vacation

If there was a 4 1/2 suitcase option I would give it that. The view was great, the condo had everything we needed (except towels which I thought were included, but I looked at so many places before scheduling our trip that I must have gotten confused--so be sure to take towels!).

The view was great, the location was great, the beach was NOT crowded ever. We loved it.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 suitcase rating is because of the sloooooowwwww drain in the tub. Other than that--a spectacular time!

We had a 5 y.o. human and an 8 y.o. dog. They both had a great time. Will definitely rent this condo again!
