Close to Route 28, 1/2 mile to Dunkin Donuts, Smitty's Ice Cream, CVS, Family Foods and Davisville Grille. 4 miles to Mashpee Commons, Roche Brothers, Bobby Byrnes Pub and movie theatre. Close to Falmouth Center and shops, Shaw's, Stop and Shop, Christmas Tree Shop and Bike path to Woods Hole. 1 mile to Menahunt beach, 2 miles to Falmouth Heights beach, British Beer Company, The Wharf and the finish line for the Falmouth Road Race. 4 miles to Old Silver Beach, Chappaquoit beach and Woodneck beach. 2 miles to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard. This lovely home was perfect for a small group. The home is immaculate; while located in a quiet neighborhood, it provides easy access to amenities in the Falmouth and Mashpee area.

Nice place for a family get-together

We had a family get-together at this place last week and had a good time. The house is well furnished with a beautiful lawn. They have all necessary stuffs including board games which my nephew enjoyed.
Overall the stay is worth our budget and the property owner(s) were very nice.
