Enjoy amazing views of the Bahia de Salinas from this 2500sq ft home perched on the top of the hillside. The home has been designed with panoramic views throughout that overlook vast valleys out of the back of the home and Pacific Ocean views out of the front. This ocean view villa is 2 levels with 2 master suites. The game room upstairs can be converted to another master with private bath. All rooms have ceiling fans and bedrooms have air conditioning. Egyptian cotton sheets and down comforters on all beds. Bathrooms equipped with hairdryers. Downstairs is an open kitchen, dining, and sitting area and 1 master suite. Upstairs is a game room and the other master suite. Each floor has outdoor lanais with chase lounges. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably, but can be converted to sleep more.

Our luxury villa is located 45 minutes south of San Juan del Sur with ocean views throughout the home. Only five km north of Costa Rica, with sandy beaches and a beautiful volcanic reef, the location is stunning. You have a private walking path to the beach and a two-tiered infinity edge pool. Our 30 ft. sportfishing boat, Sancho, is also available to rent for fishing and surfing charters and picks you up right in front on the beach. We also have all-inclusive packages available in which you won't lift a finger the entire vacation. The location is serene and peaceful with stunning panoramic views. A one of a kind vacation that truly allows you to get away from it all. Private yoga instruction and massage appointments available by request in advance.
