Large spacious living area provides a queen sofa-sleeper for two additional persons, a love seat, coffee table and lamps for reading. There is an adjacent dining area featuring a glass top table with four upholstered dining chairs. The combination TV/VCR/DVD can be comfortably viewed from the dining or living area. Adjacent to the living area is a separate full bath featuring new cabinets and a ceramic tile tub and shower.
The building provides under building parking with security cameras. Two elevators with luggage racks are provided at either end of the parking garage for ease in loading and unloading luggage.
The complex offers a large private swimming pool for guests use only, as well as two private tennis courts. The landscaping is outstanding with several small ponds with fountains around the building to provide additional beauty to the surrounding areas.
Forest Beach Villas is within walking distance of Coligna Plaza which hosts many restaurants, an outstanding coffee shop 'Java Joes', a bakery, grocery stores, drug store, hardware store, and many interesting and unique shops. Many visitors park their cars for a week and walk or bike everywhere they want to go. Hilton Head Island has spent millions of dollars building bike trails in the Forest Beach area for the use of guests and residents. You may bike almost anywhere you want to go on the island. You may also ride bikes on the newly re-nourished beaches!! There are many local bicycle companies that offer daily/weekly bike rentals with free pick-up and delivery service. Villa rents Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Short term stays and monthly rentals may be arranged at other times. Contact owner for rates.
No pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balconies only with fines for smoking in the unit.
Hilton Head is a favorite family vacation location. Enjoy the tropical feel of the island, the wonderful food, the beautiful beaches, and the comfort and convenience of our villa. We are located on the 4th floor in the center of the building, directly across the street from the public beaches.
